Key tasks

We are currently looking for a full-time night auditor at Ibis London Greenwich hotel, who is full of energy, has a great personality and takes pride in giving great customer service whenever they can. What is also important that they are team player, willing to help their colleagues whenever they can.

YOUR MISSION:

To lead the night team,
To ensure Night times run smoothly;
To provide a friendly welcome and excellent service over the phone and on the guests arrival to the hotel;
To carry out all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart;
To supervise the hotel overnight with special attention to safety and security;
To help encourage customers loyalty by developing friendly personalized relationship and by Ensuring that the Le Club standard are followed;Ensuring accurate night audit is completed at the end of day.
