This position reports directly to the General Manager. If you have luxury/upscale experience, we would love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Be proficient in front desk duties and the checking, preparing of reports/statistical information in accordance with finance policy and procedures

Ability to lead the team, a problem solver and to work unsupervised and produce high results

Strong cash handling skills and an excellent telephone manner with a working knowledge of the front office operations

Ability to exceed customer expectations with excellent time management skills and organizational skills

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Good written, and oral communication skills

Previous experience in a similar role

Eligibility to work in New Zealand

Opera knowledge an advantage

NZ Full Drivers License

Previous reception experience of at least 1 year & knowledge of Opera
