Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is naturally passionate about creating a great environment that delivers excellent service throughout. Ideally you will:
• Be engaging, outgoing and confident, with excellent communication skills
• Have an eye for detail
• Finds achieving great customer service highly motivating
Always delivering outstanding leadership and quality standards. You will have a passion for delivering memorable moments through your service, as well as leading and motivating your team.
Your mains tasks
• Receive guests to the hotel by greeting them warmly and attending to their inquiries
• Answering all calls and inputting new reservation requests, maximising upselling opportunities
• Inform guests of the services and accommodation
• Build excellent relationship and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints and request they may have in a very courteous manner
• Maintain orderliness at the Front Desk and keeping the Reception area clean and tidy at all times
• Report issues of maintenance and malfunctioning appliances for quick repair in order to ensure guests comfort and satisfaction.
• Perform night audit duties and report discrepancies
• Deliver the highest standards in customer service excellence
