A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Hotel Talent & Culture Manager to join the Southampton Combo – Novotel, Ibis, Ibis Budget hotels.

What you will be doing:

In your role you will lead the Talent and Culture function, putting the Talent front and Centre while ensuring compliance in all statutory areas.

This is a generalist role encompassing the touch points of full Talent Journey. As such you will focus on all aspects including:

• Talent Acquisition
• On-boarding – The Talent Welcome
• The Talent experience, including reward and recognition
• Talent Management
• Engagement
• Compliance – Payroll, Health and Safety
• Learning & Development
• Talent Farewell

Your experience and skills include:

Applicants with ideally 3-4 years hotel operational management experience preferred, able to illustrate previous successes in a comparable environment.

CIPD Qualification preferred.

You will be an effective communicator, who adheres to both legal/statutory responsibilities and Company Policies and procedures, and is able to develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You must have strong leadership ability, leading from the front.

Passionate about the hospitality industry, you will be driven to deliver support the team operations while helping to develop and mentor Talent.
