Key tasks

Local Target group analysis:
Create local profiles (DE, AT, CH) for brand individual global target groups with Media Campaigns Managers. Analyse current brand communication regarding coverage of all touch points and target groups (communication target groups and actual in-hotel guest mix). Identify optimization regarding key guest segments and touch points along the customer journey. Influence creative concepts concerning optimal channel/format selection and touch point mix.

Optimization of media impact (ROI, awareness, guest experience):
Implementation of global key strategic projects concerning media investments and key guest segments (Media Mix Modelling, Customer Audience Strategy). Analyse available local campaign data and identify local key success factors. Increase Awareness & Visibility through optimal media mix.

Annual strategy and action plan Paid Media:
Create annual strategic action plan for all paid media campaigns for AH.com/ALL and all hotel brands in Central Europe.
