Key tasks

As the Maître d'hôtel you are in charge of the organisation and the quality of services offered to the customer. You are in charge of: - Greeting and seating the customers: you help the customer choose their meal and wines and take their order. - Running and managing your team: work schedule, training new employees recruited together with the restaurant manager. - Preparation of the dining room, and maintaining an pleasant atmosphere. - Coordinating with the kitchen.
