Job description



Key tasks

1, Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.

2, Maintain good business relationship with all producers.

3, Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.

4, Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.

5, Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated

6, Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

7, Once the function details are almost confirmed, prepare the official contract and get approval from Banquet Sales Manager first, then make organize to sign and chop for it as final confirmation.

8, Check the function organizer for the feedback and complete the report, hand it on to Banquet Sales Manager.
