Job description



Key tasks

Manages the learning and development process with the hotel aligned with company’s value and mission.

Conducts an in house training to all employees in the hotel.

Reviews and updates training policies & procedures and provide recommendation to the management.

Systematically analyses the hotels training needs and deliver relevant learning, plan and co-ordinate the production of Departmental Training Plans, act as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on department related training issues
