Key tasks
He/she is responsible for the Learning & Development function for all Hotel employees including Management Level. The Implementation of Hotel based orientation and Training programs. Will be responsible for Training needs assessments, development and/or outsourcing of L&D programs, including content, delivering of L&D programs and evaluation of its effectiveness. The primary role is to lead the pre opening talent recruiting and Training.
