Job description
Key tasks
Working in a busy Kitchen which looks after a 148 room hotel, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Kitchen brigade in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept hygienic and clean at all times:
- rinse dirty crockery and cutlery, stack in the dishwasher, unload and put away
- wash pots by hand
- ensure that all Food and Beverage outlets are provided with clean and sanitized operating equipment
- use correct handling techniques to transport and store food items
- wipe down benches
- sweep and mop floors
