Your job is to resolve the incidents incurred by users. As soon as the problem has been reported by the user, you quickly establish a diagnosis. Then, if you can fix the problem yourself you do so using 'remote assistance': an operation which involves the IT technician connecting to the user's computer to make the necessary repairs from a distance. If you are not able to fix the problem yourself, you call upon another repair expert.
