Key tasks

SO Duties

All ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
Conduct daily operations briefing for all Room Attendants
Planning and scheduling of rooms to be cleaned
Check rooms before releasing for new arrivals
Planning of roster to ensure smooth operations flow
Inventory checks of operating supplies as well as guests supplies
Assist the Housekeeping Manager to order supplies when running low
Other duties assigned by the Management or Housekeeping Manager
Require to clean rooms when we are short handed in operation
Must be able to speak and write in English
Basic computer skill is needed
