Job description



Key tasks

— Assist Department Manager in the daily checking of rooms and public/staff areas to specified performance standards.
— Carry out cleaning duties as required and to specified performance standards.
— Ensure VIP rooms are prioritized, checked by a minimum of two people and DM advised of any shortfalls prior to guest arrival.
— Monitor the productivity of your team. Motivate and support them, lead by example, help them to reach targets in place.
— Respond to guest requests efficiently and politely.
— Ensure required levels of stock are available and order to par levels if necessary.
— Be pro-active in assessing on the job training/re-training requirements and deliver to employees to meet specified performance standards.
