Attached to the Technical Manager and the Operational Manager of John Paul Lisbon Office, you will be in charge of:

• Management of local infrastructure:
o Workstation, phone and computer equipment’s.
o Local network administration and active directory
o Administration of corporate messaging and business tools

• Support for internal users:
o Entry and exit processes
o Access management
o Telephony management

• The applications supervising:
o Level 1 incident handling support
o Management of error recovery procedures
o Continuous checks

Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate needs to have:
• 2-year experience minimum as a help desk technician or other customer support role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as written language proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Master Windows environments (physical and virtual), AD, Exchange and LANs, DNS, DHCP
• Excellent relational abilities in order to interact in a professional way with his various interlocutors
• Ability to work with autonomy
• Organizational skills and respect for deadlines
