Key tasks

• Oversee daily operations ensuring all the guests are handled with promptness, courtesy and efficiency
• To assist the Front Office Manager in directing and supervising the activities of the front office department
• To assist the Front Office Manager to recruitment of new staff
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure appropriate empathy
• Seeks assistance from supervisors & duty manager in situation that are beyond Guest Relations Manager scope of responsibility
• Handling guest complaints and ensure appropriate empathy
• To conduct induction and on-the-job-training for all new Front Office staff
