Key tasks

As a Guest Experience Manager you will connect our guest to the best of Novotel by creating personalised experiences.
You will take guest passion to the next level by touching the emotions of the guest to ensure they have a bespoke experience that they will never forget.
Your role:
• To effectively handle and resolve any guest problems or complaints and keep Senior Hotel Management informed.
• Manage and respond to all reviews and social media feedback from guests. Implementation of social media strategy
• Analyses customer feedback and provides strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
• To ensure show rooms are checked every morning and issues rectified prior to any show rounds taking place.
• To carry out show rounds as required.
• Oversees and coordinates all arrivals and departures of special guests.
• Manage and motivate the Team in order to provide high quality services for guests.
• Ensure Mystery Audit criteria are adhered to, verifying that spot checks are in place to ensure the targets are met
