Key tasks

Ongoing owner relationships – preparing, attending and contributing to meetings with owners
Understanding of hotel agreements and ensuring compliance
Control and report all hotel cash flow requirements.
Advising hotel General Managers as and when required, contributing to hotel’s successful operations
Implementation of sound finance policies and internal controls
Completion of annual budgets and monthly forecasts
Timely and accurate weekly, monthly and annual reporting
Develop effective measures to enhance the hotel profitability
Manage hotel capex expenditure
Management legislative requirements including but not limited to GST, FBT, PAYE, ACC returns and filing.
