Job description
Key tasks
• Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinate with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
• Supervise the team; ensure customer service in F&B area of the hotel.
• Assure constantly and consistently of maximum guest satisfaction with efficient operation.
• Supervising all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of beverages in all beverages outlet.
• Responsible for assigned area to be well organized, efficient, clean, safe (guest and Staff), and sales oriented and ensure the highest possible guest satisfaction.
