Job description
Key tasks
- Ensure smooth and efficient operationg of the Food & Beverage at any time
- Ensure proper set up as well as working station organization
- Ensure excellent communication between kitchen team and service team
- Know and ensure full follow up on the MGallery Brand Standards.
- Follow up that all given training are fully followed by the staff
- Handle and follow up on any guests complains linked to beverage quality
- Follow hygiene and safety rules in the entire process of the drinks preparation
- Other tasks as assigned by managers.
