Key Job Requirements

- Monitor executive office, HOD’s and outlet managers movement charts (e.g. Annual leave, Medical Leave, PH & OIL)
- Daily Secretarial Tasks (i.e. Handling calendar, Filing)
- Drafting and distribution of memos, letters, information on behalf of the Hotel
- Arranging internal/external appointments/meetings as required
- Handling reservations as requested
- Ensuring all requests for GM signing are backed up with the correct documentation.
- Collate Weekly / Monthly operating reports on an adhoc basis
