Key tasks

You organise and coordinate the transmission and writing of the department's information for your director. You open the incoming post and organise agendas, answer and filter incoming calls, establish direct contact with your manager and the outside world. You assist your manager by preparing their files. You carry out varied tasks: writing letters and notes, organising personal agendas, organising seminars and internal events. You use your initiative to suggest ways of improving your department's organisation or facilitating your manager's daily tasks.
