Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
MAKING IT PERSONAL - Customer relations:
• A true advisor and partner in the meeting and event planning process
• The client’s single point of contact from the moment the sales/contract process is complete
• Form meaningful relationship with the client, understanding their needs and priorities
• Work hand-in-hand with the creative conductor to plan set-up and animations
• Upon closing all critical business deals, coordinate and follow-up with other hotel departments to ensure delivery of superior guest service.
• Understand and drive guest satisfaction through feedback from Voice of the Guest and online platform Trust You to achieve NPS & RPS targets
• Support the teams to meet KPIs (Le Club, Audits, Fundraising, Guest satisfaction etc.)
• Record all Loyalty guests, VIPs, and guests with special needs and wants and advise relevant departments
MAKING IT SEAMLESS - Operational, commercial and sales:
• Responsible for generating business in the form of sales enquiries (and conversions) for private hire meeting and event spaces
• Managing key event client corporate relationships/communications and driving new business solicitation through research, meetings, pitches, site visits and distribution of collateral to achieve event based revenue targets
• Compile and analyze month end reports, review and implement action plans to address market share penetration and achievement of budget
• Establish and develop effective working relationships with key external and internal customers
• Establish and maintains effective employee relations
• Monitor the RPS (online reputation performance score) and LQA (leading quality assurance audits) - key brand KPIs and implement related actions for improvement
• Ensure brand essentials and Le Club standards are met
• Drive Le Club and help to grow loyalty through signing up new members
