Key tasks

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Customer service oriented and has passion for the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skill
• Strong knowledge of Opera system

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Direct and co-ordinate various services related to daily or night operations as required
• Ensure prompt, courteous and accurate service to all guests to maximize customer satisfaction to exceed TrustYou targets
• Maintain highest standards and quality of services in Front Office operations
