Key tasks
The position is responsible for assisting FOM or Senior Management in the overall day to day operation of the hotel whilst on duty. At all times the Duty Manager is expected to lead by example, supervise the work of the receptionists under his/her responsibility
- Efficiency of check in/check out process
- Accuracy in retrieval of guest data and billing
- Management of the guest service experience / personalization
- Management of guest complaints
