Key tasks
Facilitate, guide, and direct all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the property.
Measure total revenue performance against strategy and targets and adapt current strategy as necessary.
Actively monitor the competitive environment and elaborate revenue optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI)
Manage all aspects of the reservations service and quality in the CRS, PMS and related systems
Maintain a consistent focus on improving the overall flow of Reservations operations
Monitor the result of the hotels and identify divergences with the budgets and inform the operation employee
Conduct a diagnostic of the market for which you are responsible in order to acquire an overview and analyze the performance
