Key tasks
• Determine budget forecasts and investment plan for operation.
• Lead and support all Food & Beverage departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets.
• Responsible for the quality of the product and service, the consistency of the product and service.
• Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
