Job description



Key tasks

·To take minute, draft letters, handle telephone calls and trace correspondence in line with Sofitel standards and department guidelines.

·To monitor closely the HOD diary schedule and update if whenever necessary.

·Responsible for all typing work in office, i.e. all correspondence, memo, function sheets, menus, translations, recipes etc.

·To know how to operate the hotel’s computer as well as all relevant programs i.e. MC, HR etc.

· Assist Director and department to liaison with the other dept.

Capability Requirement

· Proficient English communication Skills.

· Two years and above relative working experience.
