Airport Representative

What you will be doing:
· To cordially assist all arriving and departing guests, ensuring their comfort while being effecient in providing service from and to the Hotel property and the airport.
· Take initiative to add a personalized experience
· Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
Your experience and skills include:
· Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
· Prior work experience in a 5-Star hotel is an advantage
· Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
