The trainer's primary responsibility is to ensure that knowledge Management activities are taken care which includes coaching, training, reporting, ensuring feedback for trainees is captured and measurement of qualification success of learning within batches. They will provide coaching to team members regarding topics such as process, quality metrics and professional behaviors Report status including estimates to complete work and identify potential risks and recommendations for mitigation

The Customer Service Quality Assurance Analyst provides expertise in the planning, construction, and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team s overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable

Ideal candidate profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications and Requirements:

·  Certification from talent and training associations a plus
·  2 years previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position is preferred
·  Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, and instructional software
·  Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
·  Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
·  Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
·  Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
·  Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
·  Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
·  Excellent communication and written skills in English, with strong empathy.
