Total Rewards Analyst

Job Summary

Activities associated to the Sales Achievement Bonus plan:

• Pariticipate in the administration of the annual pay plan process

• Support the target setting process

• Mantain and create SAB templates and files

• Process bonus approvals and record bonus payments

• Conduct ad-hoc scenarios and benchmarking analysis

• Run ad-hoc reports as needed

• Monitor sales achievements and execution of sales contribution allocation process

• Support the Total Rewards team in an audit process

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in

• Advanced English level

Type of Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of HR, Finance, compensation and/or benefits experience

• Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (basic knowledge of Macros desirable)

Technical and Personal Skills

• Strong organizational skills, analytical ability and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
