Testing analyst

As a testing analyst, you believe software testing is at the heart of quality assurance and a critical element in the solution delivery process. You are a professional within the testing specialty focus on the use of methodologies and techniques as well as tools and technologies.

Your job

You act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. As a testing analyst, you will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy and design. You will also be required to do test data identification and creation activities along with defect management and test reporting to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to create innovative solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will be part of a learning culture, sharing your experiences with the team.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your Background

• You have a Bachelor in Technical Science with programming modules.
At least 2 years of experience in a testing environment with proven methodological expertise.
• Knowledge of Industry and Resources Industry, along with the QA methodology.
• Experience across various test tooling such as Microfocus ALM , Jira, IBM Rational ClearQuest, Jira Add-ons or Open source management tools.
• Sound knowledge of various technologies (WEB, JAVA, SQL, etc.) or Packages (SAP, Microsoft Platforms, etc.)
• Knowledge of Test Automation tools such as Microfocus UFT, TOSCA, Selenium, SAP TAO, IBM Rational Functional Tester is an asset
• Excellent proficiency in English and Dutch or French is mandatory.
