Responsibilities:

• Provisioning of IT support services to end-users (2nd level of IT support)
• Troubleshooting of IT-related incidents, escalation/cooperation with other internal/external groups as appropriate
• Helping Accenture employees to learn and adopt best technology for their roles
• Workstations management, installations for company employees
• Ability to analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements
• Documentation maintenance (manuals and training materials creating/updating, email communications awareness)

Qualifications :

Technical Requirements:


• Laptop and desktop HW knowledge
• MS Windows 10 and Office
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and commands and of networking components (basic)
• Awareness about security standards and principles is a benefit
• Basic knowledge of IT Service Management framework is a benefit

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer focus
• Ability to multitask, maintain a positive attitude
• Team player
• Spoken English intermediate level
