Roles and Responsibilities

- Support in the preparation and review of Safety Plants and other Safety & Security documentation;

- Audit support;

- Support in the preparation of activity reports;

- Access Management: Delivery of Card to the New Joiners / cards of replacement / reception of exits cards;

- Elaboration in the design of layouts (new spaces, alteration of existing spaces);

- Suppliers' management;

- Follow-up of maintenance interventions;

- Identification of spaces for the business, conducting tests-fits and calculations.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Civil Engineering;

Excellent CAD domain;

Good command of presentation preparation techniques;

Strong English skills.
