Job Description:

Responsible for meeting the demands and allocation of professionals in your pool (scheduling). Interfaces with the area of ​​recruitment and Advisor People when necessary. Make personalized service employees aiming allocation based Talent.

Develops forecast of chargeability, launch analysis in the report team and interact with people advisors in case of transfer, for example. Should analyze the current situation of supply and demand and the forecast and thus make decisions with the leaders of the business areas of strategic actions related to the subject, for example, hires, transfers, professional loans among others.

In general, the S & D activities are:

· Compliance with administrative procedures - updating systems and maintenance of control spreadsheets;
· Profile analysis, and priority of the open demands;
· Search of internal professionals who have the required profile and can meet the demands;
· Cross-project allocation of negotiation, taking into account priority demand, professional expectation and cost;
· Suggestion of an alternative to fill this demand (either vacancy in recruitment, as subcontractor, among others);
· Constant monitoring of key Supply & Demand indicators, including the% of billable allocation we have, and analysis of the forecast of this indicator for future fortnights;
· Allocation Search for deallocated professionals;
· Monitoring compliance with allocation policy;
· Periodic alignment with internal clients to improve services and processes;
· Participation meeting with executives and other teams also involved in Supply & Demand process.
· Monitoring Reporting of results and indicators for management decision making;
· Support the leader of the area.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·  University Degree - preferred School of Management or the like;
·  Experience in administrative and logistics area;
·  Profile that fits the recurring changes, high demand and delivery quality;
·  Organization, strategic vision, dynamism, proactivity and good ability to concentrate (focus);
·  Logical and analytical reasoning;
·  Easy to develop and manage indicators;
·  Good time management (ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands on their time;
·  Maturity and good communication (have direct interaction with executives);
·  Ability to identify and manage conflicts, and also to negotiate;
·  Ability to work in a "multitasking";
·  Team work;
·  Advanced Excel - (vlookup, pivot table, among other features);
·  English advanced level.
