We are looking for a Talent Acquisition recruiter to support our client internal recruiting team in Netherlands within Accenture who is going to be responsible for setting up and delivering the Talent acquisition operational task collaborating with business and talent acquisition colleagues who are as passionate about the talent agenda as you are. You have a pro-active mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Roles & Responsibilities
· Interview scheduling with external candidates (Junior and experienced profiles)
· Ensure the accuracy of the candidate information for all level with Recruiting Accenture system (ATAS)
· Creation of the candidate offer within Accenture system
· Contracts creation
· Be the first point of contact with the new joiners in order to request personal information previous to the onboarding day, maintaining their personal information in the system
· Updating the system for all above mentioned tasks ( ATAS and other internal recruitment tools)
· Support recruitment team in all the administrate tasks related with the recruitment process
· Build strong internal or external relationships with all key stakeholders
· Add value and share best practices with the Recruiter teams and Accenture business.
Qualifications
· You have a Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent
· You have between at least 1 year working experience in Talent Acquisition
· You are passionate, proactive and results driven
· You are passionate about customer experience
· Fluent Proficient in Dutch and English
