The Red Hat Alliance PMO provides support to various stakeholders with complex organizational responsibilities. To be successful in this role, the employee must independently complete assigned non-routine tasks to meet goals and work in a team environment. This role will also incorporate a significant project element, assisting the MDDs (Market Development Directors) with ad hoc projects on a regular basis.

This role is suitable for a dynamic and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, knows to prioritize and always delivers on or ahead of deadlines.

The desired candidate is an ambitious person, eager to growth and make professional career within a team which is constantly focused on process improvements and career development. A strong innovation, out of the box thinking and creative mind-set is required.

ROLE SUMMARY

The role is split mainly into 2 very differentiated areas with same relevance to the business, PMO and Training.

PMO:
• Support MDDs (Market Development Directors) and Play / Offering leads by collecting and consolidating sales enablement materials, such as case studies and credentials.
• Support Plays/Offerings with campaign development and execution via any regional or global communication or marketing that might be required.
• Manage stakeholder communications, marketing collateral, events, partner marketing funds, and partnership brand identity to drive growth for the partnership.
• Manage the design and content of the RedHat and Accenture partnership websites both internal and external.

Training & Events:

• Activate enablement/training channels within Accenture.
• Support Plays/Offerings to drive training campaigns and update the training curriculum/offering portfolio accordingly.
• Manage training budget and courses offered by RedHat.
• Monitor, promote and own RedHat training & certification program.
• Plan and support presence at Conferences, including call for speakers, organizing presenters, booth, client events, social media, award nominations, etc.

Qualifications :

Highly organized & structured approach. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Ability to work with zero supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work with a global team.
Ability to be a self-starter and think of process improvements.
Fluent English (spoken and written required).
Must have experience in a multinational/global environment.
Excellent working IT knowledge – with strong Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint abilities.
