Job description

As the role in team, you are responsible for management consulting business such as business strategy& function strategy (SCM, performance management reinforcement, organization, Business Process Re-engineering, etc.) in Energy, Utilities and Natural Resources Industry .

Especially, When the Digital period comes, It is necessary to provide support (SCM reconstruction, human resources) for global enterprises which in Petroleum and petrochemistry industry.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

◆Basic Qualifications◆

-More than 3years working experience in management consulting enterprise or Utilities and Natural Resources Industry;
(Experience at a trading company of the plant system, Heavy Industries and energy is also a welcome.)
-Management consulting skill (Hypothesis drafting, investigation・analysis, documentary creation, presentation and communication skills with client);
-Proven consulting experience in electricity, gas, Petroleum ,chemistry , resources industry;

- logical thinking ability;
- Have the courage to try new things
- Business Level of English is required.(Because of global case ,you are always required to use English)
※Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
