Job Description

The Provider Relations Recruitment & Retention Representative job duties range from routine administrative assistance to recruitment efforts among potential healthcare service providers. Responsibilities include the ability to reach out to potential or existing providers and communicate information or training regarding a wide array of required functions and actions, as well as provide direction to ensure the provider understands expectations and responsibilities. This role serves as the lead point of contact for new providers and delivers presentations as well as credentialing assistance in the process of enrolling providers to the program.

· Minimum of 10% travel
· Must own a vehicle

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience
·  Minimum of 1 year of state Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care and or Health Plan Managed Care experience

Preferred:

·  Public speaking experience
·  Familiarity with all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel
