Accenture Interactive Operations is part of Accenture Interactive business unit. We are the team of digital marketing experts and we help our clients across industries to drive marketing-led growth while operating cost-efficiently, at speed, and at global scale.

Why You Might Be Interested?
You will be part of our International Team, working with luxury automotive brand and providing support (via email, phone and internal systems) to central client and local markets in terms of web analytics area. You will collaborate with various stakeholders regarding web analytics topics raised by the markets.

Mostly, you will:

· Be the point of contact for Adobe Analytics related requests from central team and local markets
· Support markets in data related queries, reporting and insight provision
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure understanding of requests, requesting new/additional information, approvals and request closures
· Resolve problems through research and critical thinking and obtain resolution independently via technical resources - coordinate with IT team raised defects and issues
· Create guidelines and step-by-step instructions if needed
· Coaching markets on Adobe Analytics system new functionalities

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What do we expect from you?

·  Fluent English (written and spoken)
·  Experience in Data Analytics (Adobe, Google)
·  Content Management Systems technical background nice to have
·  Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to details
·  Experience in Digital Marketing would be an asset
