This will be your future team:

Our Global Legal Network team is a small family of legal professionals with diverse cultures and languages located in Prague. We have the exclusive aim to provide quality legal support to our internal Accenture operations teams (Procurement, Workplace, HR, etc.), mainly in Europe. We never get bored, as every day brings new situations, tasks and challenges. Each member of our team has his/her own tasks to complete but whenever the situation requires we support each other or back up our colleagues. We care about teammates and we also like gathering out of the office for team/company events.

This will be your future role:

As the Junior Legal and Compliance Counsel you will provide:

(i) legal and administrative support to the Czech and Slovak Country Legal Counsels with all kinds of Ethics and Compliance initiatives, Data Protection programs, Corporate and Entity Matters, Employment Law relations, and Legal Offerings;
(ii) reviews of various legally binding agreements for Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Workplace Solutions and/or Marketing under the guidance and supervision of the Country Legal Counsels.

You will be also expected to provide assistance to Country Legal Counsels with
(iii) the legal research as well as with
(iv) the reports and filings to the local judicial or administrative bodies.

You will meet and interact with many interesting colleagues across the organization and will help them to understand our corporate policies and standards in order to jointly mitigate and manage the risk exposure for the company. You will learn how to react quickly, formulate your own point of view and deal with demanding stakeholders. Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to make our professional life easier and more exciting by bringing in your own creative and innovative ideas.

Qualifications :

This is what you already have:

·  Master Law degree obtained from public universities in the Czech Republic or Slovakia
·  Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience from law firm or legal function in a private corporation or public organization
·  Fluency in Czech and Slovak (ability to use both languages at legal level)
·  High level of proficiency in English (ability to use it at the legal level)
·  Team work abilities, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
·  Strong written and oral communications skills
·  Flexibility and ability to prioritise
·  Good organizational and time management skills
·  Orientation on both details as well as a bigger picture
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and strong email communication skills
·  Experience with Czech legal systems and databases (ASPI)
