Are you (almost) graduated as a Master of Science in a technical, business administration or economic direction, and looking for a challenging start of your career on the intersection of business and IT? Do you want to work in our team on challenging projects in the energy, chemicals and natural resources or utilities sector (e.g. in the energy transition)?

Your Job

As Junior Business & IT consultant you will work in our Resources Operating group where you work for clients in the Energy, utilities and Chemicals and Natural Resources Industry. The resources industry is experiencing significant change. Developments such as the energy transition, an aging workforce and higher cost pressures are challenges our clients face. The search for new business models and the use of the latest technology offer our customers opportunities to increase efficiency, make the Netherlands more sustainable and at the same time keep the energy supply affordable.

In driven teams you will help our clients in their digital transformation to become ‘high-performance' organizations. This includes the definition of digital roadmaps, development of innovative solutions, as the optimization, management and security of the underlying infrastructure, applications and data. You will work in international and multidisciplinary project teams, together with the customer. This means you will get to see many leading organizations in a short time. Each project is a new challenge. You will work with cutting edge technology or you will smartly apply proven technologies. In addition, you will have the knowledge and expertise of our global network at your disposal.

In your first year you will go to London, Dublin or Madrid for an international training together with junior consultants from all over the world. Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

·  Starter with (almost) completed Master of Science (M.Sc.);
·  Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
·  Demonstrable affinity with IT;
·  Team player with strong analytical and communication skills;
·  Passion for the Resources industry (energy, chemicals, utilities)!
