Junior Business Controller - Corporate Finance

Your impact

As a Junior Business Controller, you are the independent financial right hand of a Client Account team. With the help of global CFM support, you will offer services through contract completion on regulatory and organization principles compliance, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, contract profit and loss management and advisory to our customer leadership teams and corporate leadership. You will be part of the Corporate Finance team at our office in Amsterdam and you will work together with 13 other Finance colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

· Complete MTD/QTD financial planning, analysis and advisory
· Provide pricing / new business support for new and extended business opportunities and/or review pricing calculations from engagement executives;
· Support and execute the account forecasting process, including ad hoc and internal stakeholder management requests;
· Coaching of client delivery teams and (offshore) Client Financial Management;
· Maintain a continuous drive towards maximizing profitability
· Execute all global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements as described by policy to ensure full comp

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

·  Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting;
·  1-2 years experience in finance/business controlling;
·  Pro-active, commercial and result orientated mindset;
·  Excellent communication skills;
·  Strong analytically, flexible and able to work independently;
·  Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
