Job description

Let your talent and passion come together during your internship at Accenture! Are you an ambitious, innovative, proactive student with great people skills? Do you want to kickstart your career, make an impact, and gain experience within a large international consulting firm? Then this is the place for you!

Your Job
During this internship, you will be part of the Learning & Talent Development team within Human Resources for Benelux. This team is responsible for the strategy and facilitation of learning opportunities, career transitions, and onboarding for Accenture employees within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As an intern, you will be at the center of our team and will be working closely together with the Learning Advisors. You will have great responsibilities across various initiatives. For example, help coordinate programs around Leadership Development, optimize and creation of internal trainings, create communication (plans) for learning initiatives, be a program assistant for the monthly Accenture New Joiner Days.

Moreover, we are open to new initiatives and encourage you to pro-actively share your ideas on Learning & (Talent) Development and Transitions.

Do you want to link your own graduation project/thesis to this internship? We will offer you the possibility to spend one day a week on your own research project. You will have access to all knowledge and expertise available within Accenture!

Your Team
At Accenture Corporate Functions, we do whatever it takes to make Accenture a success - every day. We are the pieces that hold it all together: organizing collaborations, monitoring and optimizing our activities and results, keeping everyone happy and motivated – and that's just the beginning.

Working alongside HR, Finance, Geographic services, Marcom, Legal, and Information Management teams, you will find exciting opportunities to make your mark (and a measurable difference, too). We use modern tools, innovative approaches and our knowledge of best practice to ensure everything is running smoothly. It can be challenging to meet all the needs of our big-name clients and partners, as well as our colleagues - but it's worth it when you see what we achieve together.
