Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

Serve as a key organizational entity contact for guidance, support, and expertise on operations processes and tools, helping teams to execute business processes more efficiently and manoeuvre accurately through the approval process. Individual will dedicate 100% of time to one or more Client Service Groups.

• Provide process and tool support for one or more of the following:

Manage MySales (MMS), Quality Assurance as it relates to the sales cycle (QA), New Business Management Meetings, and internal controls requirements.

• Provide training to client teams and entity leadership.

• Analyze, maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the operations systems according to established guidelines and as needed for system changes.

• Share process knowledge and expertise during meetings.

• Distribute pipeline reports and other pipeline maintenance queries to maintain pipeline accuracy.

• Liaison with CFM/Finance around the ‘booking process'

• Execute processes as directed and help maintain up to date process documentation.

• Identify process issues and suggest improvements/solutions.

• Provide absence coverage for team as needed

• Address customer requests. Escalate as appropriate.

• Support implementation of process and/or tool changes within the organizational entity.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

• Typically has minimum of 2+ years of experience

• It is preferred understanding of the sales operations processes and tools (MMS)

Candidates must be able to support/mirror core business working hours for the OU in which the CSG resides. There is also a need for flexibility around working BA public holidays with time balanced out/compensated for on regular work days. .

• May be required to occasionally work from home

• May be required to occasionally attend out of normal working hours conference calls

• May be required to occasionally work outside normally defined schedule to accommodate business priorities and/or schedules.

• Excellent oral and written communications skills (in English)

• Accuracy and attention to details; prioritizes and plans work activities

• Analytical skills; collect, researches, and interprets data

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Working knowledge of other Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook)

• Basic knowledge of Quality Management processes and policies

• Understanding of Sales/Opportunity Management process preferred

• Proficiency in Manage MySales (MMS) application preferred

• Understanding of basic finance concepts

• Ability to work under virtual supervision and guidance

• Good facilitation and team-building skills
