Professionals in our Corporate Functions run and manage Accenture's internal operations and all activities across our business, from finance, HR and legal to workplace management, operations and marketing and communications. Finance professionals prepare and interpret financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations, including internal financial controls, to mitigate risk for the company. Finance professionals may also shape and execute client deals to maximize the use of Accenture's capital and resources, manage cash and/or liaise with the investor community.

The Federal Project Accounting Analyst will support the AFS Project Accounting function within the Controllership organization. They will be responsible for reading and understanding Accenture's contracts, processes, and procedures in order to appropriately setup contracts in Deltek Costpoint. This individual will also work closely to coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure agreement on key contract terms and conditions for Project setup.

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics

Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management

Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

· 
Willingness to learn new skills and embrace changes in business operations

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
