Accenture is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Architect to guide clients through their journey to the cloud. In this role you will develop a modern cloud architecture for federal clients to help them maximize their benefits from the Azure cloud platform and related technologies such as Azure service fabric, CosmosDB, Azure AD and more. The role involves working with clients to understand their requirements to help them make the best use of Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure as well as other Microsoft offerings like Dynamics, PowerBI, PowerApps, and Office 365. This is an opportunity to shape a cloud architecture from the ground up, using the latest Azure technologies to create a flexible foundation for a major capability within the US federal government.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

·  5 years of experience in cloud architecture (Azure preferred)
·  BA/BS Degree required
·  3 years of cloud migration strategy experience
·  Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud platform and capabilities.
·  Relevant Azure certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect)
·  Ability to develop deep client relationship and effectively manage and independently shape an opportunity
·  Experience in project management and detailed technical planning
·  Must be willing to travel periodically
·  Proven leadership and team management skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

·  Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
·  Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  MS Certifications - MSCE Certs (preferred)
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
