Job Description:
The Application Security Analyst is responsible for the execution of security management practices including designing, developing, implementing, and managing solutions for enterprise SAP applications. The Application Security Analyst will perform security role development for an enterprise. The Application Security Analyst is required to participate in pager/on-call support. The Application Security Analyst will provide estimates of software development cost and schedule.The Application Security Analyst will:
• Perform application security risk analyses and assessments
• Establish information assurance and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands
• Support customers in the development and implementation policies
• Perform analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures
• Perform CUA using the SAP Central User Administration tool set and configuration
• Create and maintain user/role/profile management for the development and production environments
• Design, develop and deliver the information security policy across the entire organization
• Work with leadership, functional, and technical teams to understand and implement SAP Security controls
• Design, develop and deliver the security architecture across the development through the production environments
• Work with Auditors during reviews and able to communicate the segregation of duties conflicts and security risks to the organization
• Support an SAP GRC implementation
• Contribute to strategic direction for the development of security principles across departments and divisions
• Capable of instructing, directing, and verifying the work of security analysts as applicable to all aspects of data security and role development based on corporate security standards
• Establish new users and administering profiles
• Maintain application security consistency across development and production environments
• Work with Government personnel security administrators to ensure standards and best practices are being followed
• Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partner team members and executives on and across the project team
• Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our and client methodologies
• Provide SAP application security support in a timely manner
• Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status
• Continuously develop industry knowledge and associated skills
• Provide support toward installation of application releases into production as directed
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs
• Create operational documentation

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications:

·  10+ years of SAP Security development experienceo Experience supporting one or more of the following: SAP GRC, GRC Access Controls 10.x, including risk ruleset analysis and configuration, reporting and simulation analysiso Experience supporting SAP Security solutions including: BW, BI/BOBJ, CAMS, ECC, GRC, SCM, SolMan, Greenlight, and PIo Experience in coordinating multiple SAP Security full life cycle implementations from preparation to go-live and operation
·  5+ years experience with ABAP and JAVA role development and maintenanceo Managing users and authorization assignments across SAP and supporting systemso CRDB and related processo UAM (User Account Management Tool) and integration with SAP Systemso URDB (User Role Database)o Integrating 3rd party IDM with GRC
·  5+ years experience interfacing with internal and external auditors
·  2+ years of GRC implementation experience
·  IT Level 2
·  IAT Level 2 certification
·  SAP Certified
Preferred Qualifications:

·  Experience supporting and maintaining security solutions for Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
·  Ability to interpret ABAP code and create custom SAP utilities
·  2+ years of DoD application security experience
·  1+ year of BASIS experience
·  Experience with SAFe / Agile development
·  Experience Identifying & Applying OSS notes
·  US Federal Government IT experience with a focus on Logistics

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
