The Mac Endpoint Engineer is responsible for the development and support of the Mac and Windows OS software image, policy management, patch deployment and vulnerability remediation of Accenture Federal Services Mac and Windows based endpoints. They will apply application updates, perform version updates , remediate vulnerabilities identified by AFS IT Security, perform advanced troubleshooting of incidents, mentoring junior level team members in expanding their technical knowledge and skills, as well as provide backup support to the Products Team Lead and assist in keeping all service and operational level agreements.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  US Citizenship
·  3 years of relevant IT experience
·  2 years of Mac OS support in an Enterprise environment
·  2 years of JAMF Pro or equivalent Mac based configuration management product
·  1 year of Scripting Experience (i.e. Powershell, Bash, Python, etc.) Preferred Qualifications:

·  2 years of Windows OS support in an Enterprise environment
·  Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
·  Apache Web server experience
·  MySQL Database administration (non-DBA)
·  Service Management Automation
·  Service Now experience
·  Proven Ability to work independently and as a team member
·  Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
