Job Summary

Provide financial transaction processing and accounting support to Accenture internal clients. It is responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of several aspects of general ledger and fixed assets accounting, Cash Application, Inter Company Billing in accordance with US GAAP, local GAAP and Accenture Policy as well as Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Financial analysis, month/quarter/year end closing and reporting, audit support.

Key Responsibilities - Country Accounting

· Support full set of RTR processes. Manage, coordinate, deliver several aspects of general ledger and fixed assets accounting, Cash Application, Inter Company Billing in accordance with US GAAP, local GAAP and Accenture Policy as well as Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Financial analysis, month/quarter/year end closing and reporting, audit support.
· Review junior members' working files, prioritize of tasks and balance workload amongst the teams as team lead's back up.
· Deliver trainings to new joiners.
· Develop a clear understanding of the business transactions and processes to aid daily procedures and to provide value added advice to Finance contact(s).
· Partner with Finance contact(s) to review account reconciliations and provide assistance and guidance in recording accounting transactions where necessary.
· Work with other financial functions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met as per the contractual obligations.
· Ensure adequate internal process controls e put in place at quality levels.
· Ensure all customer / client queries are responded & resolved within the stipulated Turn Around Time
· Ensure timely review of work files, and follow-up on outstanding issues and actionable items.
· Develop understanding of the internal systems and business transactions that impact accounts.
· Work with other financial functions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Participate in external and internal audits on an as needed basis to provide supporting documentation, knowledge about underling processes, analysis, etc.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience/Knowledge Required

·  Accounting / Finance / Commerce / Business Bachelor's Degree or above
·  At least one year experience in financial accounting field, good Finance and Accounting acumen
·  Good oral and written English command; Japanese language skills are optional but are assets
·  PC Skills (Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook); Strong knowledge of SAP or equivalent is preferred
·  Strong ownership towards job with ability to handle critical tasks within tight time constraints
·  Good time management skills, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
·  Diligence and being detail oriented
·  Clear and Concise communication skill
·  Team spirit
