What will you do in your day to day?

SFMC - ANALYST

• Build an automated routine to make data files available in the FTP area of ​​the Marketing Cloud account;
• Construction of ruler-type automations, automation with data updates, and interaction flows (customer journeys);
• Develop Ampscripting to display advanced dynamic content in messages and Landing Pages;
• Perform user segmentation and audience selection;
• Operate segmentations and shipments for heating;
• Operationalize post-warming ad-hoc email management;
• Develop integrations (API Soap, Rest);
• Creation of data extensions;
• Support the Business Unit set-up, domain, sub-domain;
• Technically implement the relationship journeys structured by the strategic team, and the necessary AMPScript / SSJS customizations;
• Implement the content of the campaigns and the necessary automation based on the design scope of the campaigns;
• Develop the structure of customized alerts;
• Configure campaign triggers;
• Support the SDK configuration to enable push campaigns;
• Develop technical documentation for campaigns, integration, routine and data flow.

SFMC - CONSULTANT

• Construction of import automation to consume data to be made available in FTP area;
• Develop the design of strategies for each stage of the user's life cycle;
• Carry out the requirements survey with the business areas and design the relationship rules;
• Consolidate the planning and implementation of actions related to the commercial calendar;
• Perform the set-up of the Business Unit, domain, sub-domain;
• Execute the activation of specific (ad-hoc), segmented and automatic campaigns;
• Make the configuration of dynamic / variable sender;
• Perform user segmentation and audience selection for campaign and ad-hoc shots;
• Execute the warm-up plan for IP heating;
• Develop Ampscripting to display advanced dynamic content in messages and Landing Pages;
• Perform customized extraction of returns from SMS and email replies and responses.

Qualifications :

What we are looking for in the person who will be part of the team
Experience with some tools / technologies

• Experience with automation tools (ex: Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua, IBM Watson Campaign Automation, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, RD Station, Hubspot, etc.)

• Knowledge with programming language (ex: SSJS, AmpScript, HTML, PHP, JavaScript, C #, Python, CSS, XML, etc.)

• Database (SQL)

Besides… what else can you have?
• Knowledge in any of the Salesforce clouds (eg Salesforce SalesCloud, Salesforce ServiceCloud, Salesforce Community Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce HealthCloud);
• Salesforce certifications
